Senior Software Engineer (Java/Python/LLM)Crypto Jobs Job Description Title: Senior Software Engineer (Java/Python/LLM)Type: Full-time Domain: AI-driven Customer Service chat analysis & data pipeline development You will play a central role in scaling Binance's AI-powered customer service solutions, focusing on large language models (LLMs) to analyze chat conversations, improve classification coverage, and boost bot adoption. The role demands strong skills in Java or Python backend development, data pipeline management, LLM prompt engineering, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
