As a Brand Manager at HipVan, you will be the strategic driver behind how our brand shows up across channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints. This role focuses on building long-term brand equity, refining positioning, and ensuring consistency of voice, values, and impact across our ecosystem. You'll work closely with creative, performance, and merchandising teams to align brand strategy with business goals. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in brand building for consumer or e-commerce brands, and thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and lead HipVan's overall brand strategy to strengthen awareness, relevance, and customer connection
- Define and evolve brand positioning, voice, messaging pillars, and customer personas in alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative and content teams to ensure brand strategy is translated effectively into campaigns, visuals, and communications
- Partner with performance marketing to ensure consistency in messaging across paid, owned, and earned media
- Lead go-to-market planning for new category or product launches from a brand perspective
- Monitor brand health metrics, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Loyalty), leveraging data to craft personalised customer journeys.
- Propose and test innovative customer engagement and incentivisation strategies with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment across all customer-facing touchpoints
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in strategic brand management, ideally in an e-commerce or consumer-facing company
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, customer segmentation, and market positioning
- Proven track record of driving measurable brand impact across campaigns and initiatives
- Expertise in customer segmentation, automation workflows, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially in working cross-functionally with creative and performance teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect customer insights to brand outcomes
- A self-starter with a proactive and structured approach to problem-solving and execution
- Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
