What you will be working on: Co‐led by Sport Singapore, the Singapore Sports School (SSP) and the National Youth Sports Institute (NYSI), you will be part of a journey to support the vision for building new capabilities for high‐performance sport and better integrating our programmes/policies to strengthen support from youth to senior athletes and the youth‐to‐senior transition. In this role, you will be the central point of contact and advisory for emerging and developing National Sports Associations (NSAs), and the delivery of essential support and services to NSAs through relevant support schemes and initiatives. Set up and manage NSA Shared Desk with clear processes and procedures. Implement enquiry management system with acceptable response times. Manage relevant grant and support scheme applications from eligible NSAs. Facilitate NSAs' access to SportSG managed facilities for their National Team training, competitions and secretariat office needs. Liaise with ROS, SNOC and Sport Charities Sector Admin on NSA related matters. What we are looking for: We are looking for self‐motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. Background in sports management or a related field. Experience in business or non‐profit management, relationship management, or organisational development. Management experience in NSAs or in the sport industry would be an advantage. Good conceptual, analytical and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 1‐year contract in the first instance.
