**What you will be working on**
- Co-led by Sport Singapore and Singapore Sports School (SSP), you will be part of a journey to support the vision for the next bound to build new capabilities for high performance sport and better integrate our programmes/policies to strengthen support for youth to senior athletes, and youth-to-senior transition. You will be reporting to the Team lead, NSA Grant Administration and Audit. In this role, you will be part of the team which supports to the implementation and execution of grant administration and governance programmes within Singapore's sporting excellence framework. This role assists in managing funding frameworks that support TeamSG athletes, National Sports Associations (NSAs), and the High-Performance Sport ecosystem. Working closely with the Team Lead, this position helps oversee grant operations, ensures compliance with governance standards and supports the development of evaluation frameworks. The role involves coordinating grant disbursement processes and monitoring systems while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and audit management on grantees. The broad areas of responsibilities for the portfolio include the following: - Support the implementation and execution of grant schemes targeting TeamSG athletes and NSAs. This involves end to end workflow from approvals to disbursements and audit management. - Support the review of grant disbursements to TeamSG athletes and NSAs. - Serve as a grant module admin for grants and processes administered on IT systems. - Manage and facilitate stakeholders’ engagements and meetings. - Support the appointed vendor for the yearly audits on grantees - Manage audit queries from stakeholders - Any additional projects as assigned by Team Lead.
