About the job Technical Sales Specialist Technical Sales Specialist (Scientific Instruments) Singapore Were on the lookout for someone who loves science and enjoys meeting people. If you're the type who can explain lab tech in a simple way, build good relationships, and get excited about helping customers find the right analytical instruments this role might be for you. What You'll Be Doing Connect with new and existing customers to understand what they need and suggest the right solutions. Reach out to potential clients, set up meetings, and walk them through product demos. Share your technical knowledge and help customers understand how our instruments can support their work. Support customers through evaluations, procurement discussions, and decision‑making. Work with internal teams on quotations, timelines, and technical requests. Be involved from the moment a deal is confirmed all the way to delivery and installation. Handle general follow‑ups, questions, and anything else related to keeping customers happy. What We're Looking For A degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or something similar. Minimum 2 years of experience in selling analytical instruments within the Singapore market is an advantage (but not mandatory). Someone who's comfortable speaking with researchers, lab managers, professors, and technical staff. Good at presenting, explaining, and breaking down technical details. Bonus points if you've used CRM tools before. Open to occasional travel for training or client visits. You'll Fit Right in If You Are Curious and love learning about technology and lab equipment. Someone who enjoys meeting people and building long‑term relationships. Self‑driven, organised, and confident working independently.
