Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Matron and Staff Nurse in delivering quality care to residents and overseeing the efficient day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the work assignments of the nursing and caregiving team to ensure optimal workflow.
- Ensure the safe storage, packing, and administration of medication in compliance with safety standards.
- Support the implementation of policies and practices to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.
