Job Title: Clinical Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented clinical nurse supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations, providing leadership and support to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff during shifts.
  • Maintain patient rooms and common areas according to hospital standards.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between nurses, doctors, and management for operational efficiency.
  • Assist in staff training and development to meet patient care standards.
  • Organize shift schedules and delegate tasks to ensure coverage and patient care quality.
  • Support inventory control and report on supplies and operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in nursing at a supervisory level.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communicator and problem solver.
  • Ability to motivate and coach nursing staff members.
  • Skilled in multitasking and working under pressure.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of patient safety and hygiene standards.
