**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees all bookings to ensure that they are handled efficiently
- Provides feedback to supervisors about the products and services supplied by vendors to assist in vendor evaluations
- Attending to Customer’s complaints and carry out corrective or preventive actions together with the supervisors
- Perform procedures/treatments and nursing care for outpatients and staff
- Attends to ambulance call and goes out to fetch the patient when required
- Ensures that stocks are replaced daily by pharmacy.
- Admits patients and carries out all investigations as ordered by doctor
- Co-ordinates with the nursing and para-medical departments in providing for the patients’ needs
- Compiles screening reports
- Be cross-deployed to other outpatient clinics and cover duties of clinic staff during their absence

**Job Requirements**
- State Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Health Sciences (Nursing) or equivalent from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years’ of related working experience in patient care in hospital or clinic setting
- Able to work on 3 rotating shifts or permanent night shift including Public Holidays and weekends (depending on roster)
