Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Success Executive
to build strong client relationships and ensure customers achieve maximum value from our products and services. You will act as the main point of contact, supporting onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction
  • Manage customer onboarding, training, and product adoption
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Understand customer goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Monitor customer usage, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and support renewals
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve customer issues
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services
  • Track customer success metrics and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success,
