Role Overview Position: Real Estate Analyst – Contract, Remote Commitment: 10-20 hours per week, Duration: 2-4 weeks minimum Enhance AI model capabilities in real estate. Craft questions and evaluate model responses. Responsibilities Craft questions and evaluate AI model responses in real estate. Assess complex real estate transactions and strategies. Develop financial models and interpret market dynamics. Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model outputs. Work independently with flexible hours to meet project goals. Requirements / Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an analyst in the real estate industry. Strong analytical skills in property deal evaluation and financial modeling. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail in assessing complex transactions. Preferred Qualifications Experience at a top-tier real estate firm or investment group.
