Position
Finance Expert
Type : Hourly Contract
Compensation : $150/hour
Location : Remote
Commitment : Minimum 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Provide expert financial analysis and modeling in various areas such as restructuring & distressed investing, PIPE, IPO modeling, and derivatives.
Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams on financial data-related tasks, contributing to foundational AI model development.
Leverage your knowledge in the following sectors: Biotech, Gaming & Lodging, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Transportation & Logistics.
Ensure high-quality outputs that align with real-world finance industry standards, particularly for investment banking and private equity.
Requirements
Strong experience at top firms in investment banking or private equity.
Experience in one or more of the following product or coverage groups:
Restructuring & Distressed Investing
PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equities) / Convertible Security Models
IPO Modeling
Biotech
Gaming & Lodging
Telecom
Media & Entertainment
Transportation & Logistics
Strong attention to detail and precision in financial modeling and analysis.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently for an asynchronous work setup.
