Role Overview
Position: Marketing Professional – Contract, Remote
Commitment: 20 hours per week for approximately 2 months.
This role combines marketing expertise with language mastery to train AI models in the marketing domain.
Responsibilities
Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex calculations, analytics, and practices in marketing in Japan.
Write fluently in both Japanese and English, ensuring correct marketing terminology and nuanced expression.
Provide cultural insights specific to Japanese marketing, reflecting cultural norms and media habits.
Collaborate closely with reviewers and peers to refine content and validate accuracy.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
Native-level fluency in Japanese with strong written and spoken English.
Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a similar field.
2–6+ years of experience in marketing in Japan.
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with assessment and rubric development is a plus.
Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a bonus.
Engagement Details
Remote and asynchronous role.
20 hours per week commitment.
Duration: Approximately 2 months.
Structured project environment with clear goals and tools.
