We’re seeking a dynamic
Marketing Specialist (1 year contract)
to be part of our
Regional Marketing Parfums Asia Pacific team.
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, Parfums APAC, you will provide key assistance to the Regional Marketing team, covering PR & Communications, Social Media, CRM, 360 Marketing launch campaigns, Trade Marketing and Market intelligence research projects.
What you can expect from the role:
Assisting the execution of regional marketing launch campaigns across various channels, including communications, digital, social media, and offline activations/events.
Coordinating with regional market and distribution partner teams to integrate campaign elements seamlessly across various channels and touch-points
Supporting market research to derive best practices on digital and social media platforms, including but not limited to evolving trends, consumer behavior, to identify and implement innovative communications, campaigns and initiatives
Planning the Marketing Communications, including internal and external newsletters and launch collaterals
Analyzing, monitoring and reporting of performance metrics
Support in marketing operations and administration
We are looking forward to meeting you:
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) are a plus as there are support to north Asia market.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Have a genuine interest in fragrances and beauty
Collaborative, embraces challenges with enthusiasm, and is always open to learning
A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail
Able to commit full-time for one year, beginning April 2025
Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields
