Senior Director Aftermarket and Digital Engagement

Overview Senior Director Aftermarket and Digital Engagement – APAC & IMEA The Director Aftermarket & Digital Engagement will be responsible for the development and execution of overall business strategy and market development of all aftermarket services opportunities for Copeland products, namely Compression, Electronics & Controls, etc., across Asia Pacific (APAC) and India, Middle East Africa (IMEA). The role will also collaborate with Electronics and Controls team globally to drive digitally enabled tools/technologies to customers, to facilitate solutions-centric product offerings and deepen customer engagement of available Copeland solutions in a user-friendly approach. Responsibilities Identify, develop and drive product strategy and key aftermarket initiatives for all Copeland products in APAC & IMEA, short term and long term. Collaborate with regional VPs (APAC & IMEA) and provide guidance to aftermarket sales and services teams to deliver POR targets and pursue new business development goals. Manage price plans for aftermarket/lifecycle services products from new product release to legacy phase out. Provide guidance to Business Development Manager Lifecycle Services and Regional Teams to develop product specifications through Voice of Customer (VOC) and market requirements events. Collaborate with North America and Europe aftermarket peers to ensure leverage where possible, align product strategy, and global customer strategy and pricing plans. Develop and execute strategies to promote customer adoption of Copeland digitally enabled tools/platforms to meet customer needs quickly and in a user-friendly manner. Expand sales channels of products to current and new customers through online/technology-driven channels, increasing online sales share. Execute portfolio marketing programs to enhance productivity and output of the Commercial team through technology platforms, timely and transparent data, and streamlined processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering or business field; MBA preferred. Experience: 15+ years in relevant field/industry. Skills Understanding of Copeland business processes and ability to utilize them to identify and drive actions. Understanding of new product development process and aftermarket services to drive decisions and strategy. Strong technical agility; good understanding of HVAC market dynamics and applications is an asset. People leadership experience, coaching skills, and ability to work with global teams remotely. Strong influencing and presentation skills; fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication. Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and change management skills. Comfortable working in a matrix organization with effective communication and collaboration. Willingness to travel and participate in evening business meetings.
