Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of events and campaigns from development of concepts to management of timelines, co-ordinating logistics through event set up and execution
  • Manage communication and liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Advertising, Communications and Brands) for up-to-date marketing material, collaterals for job advertisements and hiring campaigns
  • Develop marketing materials and design publicity plans to promote event through various channels
  • Source and manage vendor relationships, secure venues
  • Prepare budget forecast, manage event spendings and follow through invoicing and payments
  • Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting to analyse events performance and effectiveness
  • Maintain and update event calendars, keeping all stakeholders informed of event details
  • Perform any other duties as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scope
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
  • Degree in Business / Business Administration (major in Human Resources Management)/ Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ of experience in event planning, project management, marketing or branding
  • Experience in managing large scale events would be advantageous
Other Prerequisites
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives at a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, motivated, proactive and with proven track record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
