Job Responsibilities Responsible for the planning and execution of events and campaigns from development of concepts to management of timelines, co-ordinating logistics through event set up and execution Manage communication and liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Advertising, Communications and Brands) for up-to-date marketing material, collaterals for job advertisements and hiring campaigns Develop marketing materials and design publicity plans to promote event through various channels Source and manage vendor relationships, secure venues Prepare budget forecast, manage event spendings and follow through invoicing and payments Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting to analyse events performance and effectiveness Maintain and update event calendars, keeping all stakeholders informed of event details Perform any other duties as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scope Job Requirements Education & Certification Degree in Business / Business Administration (major in Human Resources Management)/ Human Resources or equivalent. Experience Minimum 3-5 years’ of experience in event planning, project management, marketing or branding Experience in managing large scale events would be advantageous Other Prerequisites Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives at a fast-paced environment Meticulous, motivated, proactive and with proven track record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
