Key Responsibilities
Assist in routing clients' deliveries orders
Assign drivers from the existing driver pool to routes
Support clients on their orders in a timely manner
Monitor orders and resolve delivery issues for our clients
Key Requirements
Great customer service, good communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem-solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
Experience using different online channels to communicate with clients
Minimum 3 day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)
Must be able to work 1 morning shift (7am to 3pm) AND 2 evening shifts (5pm to 10pm)
Must have own laptop AND spare phone
Training will be provided (onsite in office)
