What you'll do Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management and establish trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives. Identify opportunities in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and customer value. Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders in clear and concise language. Proactively develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement. Forecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. What we seek Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Working experience in Sales / Account Management or similar role. Skilled in data analytics tools and reporting.
