Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador

Role Overview:

The Customer Experience Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up on all outstanding incidents/cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Log all calls reported into the case management system and maintain accurate records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Customer Service Skills: CRM, inbound calls, call handling, customer care, answer calls, customer satisfaction.
