Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quality customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including preparing and serving food to customers
  • Marketing menu items to customers and promoting sales growth
  • Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records of stock and inventory
  • Able to handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner
  • Maintaining clear communication with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving key performance indicators

Requirements:

To be successful as a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will need:

  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential
  • F&B Hygiene Certificate is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
