A global medical technology leader in Cardiovascular devices About Our Client This client is a global medical technology company dedicated to advancing cardiovascular care, with a strong focus on innovative stent systems and vascular therapies that improve patient outcomes. Job Description Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in line with approved budgets. Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team of three in Singapore, fostering a high-performance culture. Manage distributor relationships, ensuring alignment with company standards and supporting long-term growth. Initiate, organize, and manage sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Build annual sales and marketing plans to meet/exceed revenue goals. Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in accordance with corporate strategy. Maintain and strengthen strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), regularly visiting key accounts. Collaborate with the marketing team and represent the company at local and international trade exhibitions and events. Manage vendors for marketing and promotional activities as required. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend corrective actions where necessary. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline. At least 8-10 years of commercial experience in the medical device or healthcare industry. Proven experience in the cardiovascular portfolio is preferred Strong track record in distributor management, customer engagement, and sales execution. Effective communicator with strong leadership and people management skills. Highly organized with excellent planning and operational abilities. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while aligning with regional/global strategies. What's on Offer Take lead of Singapore's portfolio.
