Responsibilities
Attending to inbound calls
Attending to call back requests from customers
Ensure follow up on cases escalated
Point to point enquiries from customers
Perform simple investigation on customer's requests
Attend to emails enquiry/ Live chat as required
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors
Requirement
Minimum Nitec, Diploma in any disciplines
Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with Working hours: Any 5 days per week - inclusive of weekends - 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on Public Holidays
