Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Renewal Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle renewal sales enquiries, engage with new and existing customers, and ensure smooth renewals by collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle renewal sales enquiries via hotline and email, and contact new and existing customers regarding their renewal sales enquiries.
  • Generate Renewal Quotations using Excel and Business Central.
  • Work closely with Maintenance, Presales, and Procurement Teams to ensure smooth renewals.
  • Create Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for renewal contracts.
  • Follow up closely on renewal opportunities and ensure timely closure.
  • Recommend the right solutions and service plans to clients to prevent churn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective renewal strategies.
  • Source renewal quotations from respective vendors.
  • Upsell multi-year renewals and managed services.
  • Utilize systems and data to produce reports when necessary.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to renewal administration processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to influence various stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills.
  • Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding renewal revenue goals.
  • Forecasting experience with the ability to forecast accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and generate high-impact results measured by renewal bookings.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Business Central.
  • Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Expertise in daily processes and procedures.
