Responsibilities and more: Hi I'm Jorge Bocanegra, Tech Lead at Torre. We're excited to welcome a Social Media Ads Automation Freelancer to our team. Your goal will be to automate the creation of campaigns to bring candidates and leads to our platform.WHAT IS TORRE? At Torre, we're building AI recruiters who replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with nine types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. We’re seeking a Social Media Ads Automation Freelancer to join our team and keep this momentum going. In this role, you'll help us streamline our advertising efforts and ensure our campaigns resonate with our audience.You’ll be responsible for building the right tools to automate ad creation and management, utilizing resources like the Facebook Ads API, Google Ads scripts, and third-party automation platforms. Setting up integrations between these automation tools and our systems will be crucial.We’re looking for someone who can execute these tasks and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our ad automation processes. Together, we can create impactful campaigns that drive user engagement and support our continued growthYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS:
  • Build appropriate tools and software for automating ad creation and management, such as Facebook Ads API, Google Ads scripts, or third-party automation platforms.
  • Set up integrations between automation tools and our systems.
  • Automatically create graphics, copies, UTMs for the ads campaign.
  • Contribute ideas to make our ad automation and procedures even better.
