JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Strategize, plan, and create a comprehensive social content calendar for the company’s TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and 小红书 accounts in both English and Mandarin.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to market content for the company’s brands.
  • Manage and coordinate with outsourced content creators and digital marketing staff.
  • Conceptualize and develop fresh ideas that embody our brand image and style, working seamlessly with the team.
  • Craft compelling copy, stories, demos, headlines, taglines, calls to action, and storyboards.
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas with team members and manage the development of multimedia, video, and other online media assets.
  • Monitor and leverage trends and insights from TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and 小红书.
  • Create effective ads on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and 小红书 to drive prospect acquisition, conversions, and engagement.
  • Provide support with weekly and monthly social media reports and insights.
  • Engage and interact with our social media followers.
  • Source, brief, curate, and approve content from social media agencies and 小红书 influencers.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or the equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity would be preferred
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin, with strong writing and verbal communication skills for posting content in both languages.
  • Ability to speak/write in Malay will be a big advantage.
  • Strong ideation and creativity skills.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in WooCommerce & Shopify will be a big plus.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content production.
  • Proficiency in Cap cut, premier pro and photoshop or other video and photo editing tools.
  • Excellent understanding of the social media landscape, metrics, user behavior, and influencers.
