Role Responsibilities
Manage regulatory relationships through proactive engagement and maintain good working relationships with regulators.
Handle all regulatory requests, inquiries, and examinations by coordinating with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to address and respond in a timely manner.
Stay updated on regulatory developments, manage consultations, and oversee the implementation of regulatory changes.
Assist in developing and reviewing compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Identify and manage compliance and regulatory risks.
Conduct periodic internal compliance training and risk assessments.
Support ad-hoc regulatory projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accountancy, Business Studies, Law).
At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, with 3 years in related roles.
Experience in regulatory analysis and implementation.
Strong stakeholder management skills, effective writing, and comprehension abilities.
Experience with MAS regulatory liaison is advantageous.
