Job Title: Executive Chef - Asian Cuisine Specialist

The position of Executive Chef - Asian Cuisine Specialist is a key role in our culinary team. We are seeking an individual with exceptional cooking skills and the ability to lead a kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.

This role requires the successful candidate to have basic knowledge of safety measures and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage stock levels, maintain a sanitized environment, and ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before serving.

Additional skills required for this position include leadership, ingredients management, food safety, cooking, housekeeping, food quality control, inventory management, sanitation, compliance, and culinary skills specific to Asian cuisine.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and ensuring seamless service delivery.

We prefer candidates who have completed a Food & Hygiene course. However, applicants without this qualification will be sent for training if they demonstrate the necessary skills and potential.
