• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand the group insurance portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. • Lead the cultivation and maintenance of strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through effective communication and tailored solutions. • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the management of existing group insurance accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, resolution of client issues, and optimization of account performance. • Lead efforts to facilitate the timely and efficient processing of claims, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure prompt reimbursement and client satisfaction. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market intelligence, regulatory changes, and emerging trends, informing business strategies and decision-making. • Direct the collection of outstanding premiums and reconciliation of premium payments with client accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and achievement of financial targets.
