Job Title

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable and robust solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Design, develop, and manage Microsoft 365 environments to meet business needs.

  • Lead the design of solutions that integrate with the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Oversee the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring they are effective and efficient.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.

  • Architect and implement automated workflows using SharePoint Workflows and Power Automate to streamline critical business processes.

  • Provide expert technical support, develop user documentation, and conduct engaging training sessions.

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and the underlying environment.

  • Manage a team of members and provide strong technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • 8 years of demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and managing Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, infrastructure, and best practices, as well as broader M365 service knowledge.

  • Proven experience with SharePoint development and customization utilizing out-of-the-box features, Power Platform tools, and potentially custom code.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and their integration (e.g., Teams, OneDrive).

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security principles, user management, and permissions.

  • Experience in planning and executing Microsoft 365 migrations and upgrades using relevant tools.

  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks related to Microsoft
