Your Role
As a Compliance Associate, APAC based in Singapore, you will be part of the Global Compliance Department and you will support the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of 360T APAC.
Your Responsibilities

  • Compliance Management of 360T Singapore; including RMO trading venue
  • Knowledge of Singapore and other regulatory frameworks
  • Knowledge of MAS systems
  • Preparing and submitting regulatory and compliance returns
  • Analysing local and regional regulatory developments, new compliance legislation and market developments
  • Assist with KYC checks, compliance monitoring and market surveillance as required
  • Drafting and maintaining policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the completion of board and committee reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of regulatory/license applications
  • Responding to compliance queries and suggesting pragmatic solutions
  • Leading projects or providing project assistance as required
  • Provision of regulatory and compliance training
  • Liaise with and assist the global team as required
Your Profile
  • Degree or higher education level. Law, Business or Technology an advantage
  • Certification in a professional association such as the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) would be an advantage. Otherwise can be arranged
  • 3-5 years' experience in the financial services sector
  • Above-average communication and conflict resolution skills
  • High degree of independence, process orientation, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Decision-making ability and results orientation
  • Team spirit
  • Working language English, other languages an advantage
