Job scope:
Manages entire secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and Finance Director including the managing schedule and events (i.e., off/on site meetings, internal training, workshops, travel approval, hotel arrangements, travel visa, etc.)
Handles office maintenance contracts, lease, moves, renovation projects, etc. and raises the request in SRM accordingly.
Administers support to GOCPL company secretary and Treasury team to facilitate proper documentation of company policy and executive agreements.
Accommodates visitors and sets up workstations for new hires and/or replacements when necessary.
Handles internal and external communications.
