Responsibilities
Cash Management and Liquidity Monitoring:
Manage daily company funds to ensure adequate and efficient allocation of cash;
Monitor liquidity in real-time and execute cash flow adjustments as needed;
Support multi-currency fund operations and optimize cross-border fund allocation.
Payment Operations and Reconciliation:
Execute internal and external payment operations accurately and timely;
Conduct regular reconciliations of payment records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Funds Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare fund usage reports and analyze cash flow trends and efficiency;
Provide monthly and quarterly financial analysis to assist in strategic fund allocation decisions.
Policy Execution and Risk Control:
Implement company financial policies and ensure compliance in all treasury-related operations;
Identify risks related to cash management, such as exchange rate or liquidity risks, and propose mitigation strategies;
Collaborate with finance, operations, and business units to ensure seamless execution of treasury operations;
Provide support for finance systems optimisation and process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
3+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles;
Experience in cross-border fund management or multi-currency operations is a plus;
Proficiency in treasury management tools and financial systems;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed financial reports and insights;
Familiarity with foreign exchange operations and cash flow management;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
Self-motivated and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
