Description We're Hiring: Client Experience Executive Tanglin Mall | Full-Time (Weekdays + Alternate Saturdays) Mother & Child Singapore Are you organised, people-focused, and genuinely passionate about supporting mothers and families? Mother & Child is looking for a Client Experience Executive to join our front desk team, someone with presence, initiative, and the desire to grow with us long-term. This role is the heartbeat of our space: you’re not just answering phones or booking classes. You’re the steady, welcoming face that helps hold up an entire ecosystem of care. What You'll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for all clients: in person, by phone, and via email Manage class bookings, appointments, and payments using Plato (training provided) Confirm attendance, manage scheduling changes, and follow up with care Support website content updates (Squarespace) and basic admin tasks Prepare consultation rooms before sessions and tidy up after Maintain a tidy, welcoming retail space and receive stock deliveries Liaise with educators to ensure class coverage Secure the clinic at end of each day Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Includes a 1-hour lunch break Who This Role Is For You take pride in being reliable, attentive, and composed under pressure You’re great with people: calm, warm, and emotionally intelligent You’re a team player who communicates clearly and works collaboratively You're comfortable with tech and a fast learner (bonus if you know Squarespace or Plato) You’re looking for a long-term position where you can grow, not a short-term stopover You’ve worked in customer-facing, admin, or front desk roles before What We Offer A supportive, family-focused team environment Competitive salary On-the-job training and learning opportunities A meaningful role that supports families in one of life’s most transformative stages To Apply Send your CV to Subject line: Client Experience Executive Application – (Your Name) Note: This role requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.
