Investment Services Private Markets
We manage deal structuring, due diligence and closing. We provide financial operations to GIC's private equity, infrastructure, and real estate assets, as well as tax structuring, corporate holding structures, valuations, and financial reporting.
Investment Finance & Controllers ("IF&C")
The Investment Finance & Controllers Team is responsible for deal finance advisory including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, portfolio control, treasury and cash management, valuations, investment operations, investment and portfolio accounting, financial reporting, and special purpose vehicle management for GIC's private investments.

You will be part of a team that is an integrated investment service team that partners the business in providing services to support private markets investment.
We are seeking an Associate to focus on investment operations. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support finance operations throughout the investment's life cycle.
