The ideal candidate will have strong hands‐on troubleshooting skills, a customer‐first mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly in English with users and regional/global IT teams. Key Responsibilities End-User Technical Support Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoot issues related to OS, hardware, applications, and network connectivity. Handle incident tickets, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs. Support software installation, updates, and configuration. Device & Hardware Management Diagnose and resolve hardware failures; coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements. Manage asset inventory, tagging, returns, and lifecycle updates. Set up and support printers, scanners, docking stations, and monitors.
