Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Summary: This role involves managing the full recruitment process, posting job ads, coordinating with recruitment agencies, and preparing salary proposals for management approval.
- Manage full recruitment process for all positions
- Post job ads on recruitment portals
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to find candidates
- Prepare salary proposals for management approval
- Handle staff onboarding including LOA, orientation, property issuance, clocking, P-files
- Communicate with department heads on employee matters
- Participate in industry and union meetings/events
- Coordinate with Traffic Police for driving instructor candidate screening
- Manage employee disciplinary actions and counselling
- Provide monthly headcount reports to GM and department heads
- Process staff leave and medical certificates, update system, answer leave queries
- Organize staff events, recreation, and welfare activities
- Update staff insurance coverage
- Arrange staff training, workshops, and development courses
- Attend HR dialogues to improve knowledge and keep updated
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
