Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the overall HR functions to ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations.

The HR Coordinator will assist in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, staff confirmation, performance appraisal, and employee relations. In addition, the coordinator will manage employee files and general office management.

A key aspect of this role is to maintain accurate records, update databases, and perform other administrative tasks as required. The coordinator will also provide exceptional customer service to employees and respond promptly to their queries and concerns.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including vacancy advertising, shortlisting, and interview coordination
  • Manage employee data, including personnel files, leave balances, and training records
  • Prepare and distribute various reports, such as payroll and attendance records
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

Experience with HR software applications, such as HRIS and payroll systems
