Job Description
Develop detailed plans to expand and grow the customer network.
Provide consultation on product information, investment programs, and residency options that suit customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have the best service experience.
Collaborate with other specialized departments to support and process customer files promptly, optimally, and effectively.
Participate in supporting and organizing seminars and events held periodically by the company.
Job Requirements
Hold a college or university degree in business administration, international trade, or other related fields.
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in product consultation in areas such as immigration, studying abroad, real estate, banking, insurance, or consulting and selling high-value products.
Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in hunting and managing VIP/HNW clients, as well as an established network of VIP/HNW clients in Singapore.
Ability to identify potential customers and build long-term relationships with them.
Confident in communication, with strong persuasive and problem-solving skills.
