As we expand, we are looking for high-performing individuals to join us as Immigration Consultants , driving both value and results.
Role Overview
As an Immigration Consultant (Sales), you will play a consultative role in guiding clients through their PR or Citizenship application journey. This is a sales-focused position - ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and empathetic.
You will be responsible for closing leads , conducting consultations, and building long-term client relationships while maintaining integrity and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with leads provided by the company
  • Evaluate client eligibility and recommend appropriate strategies
  • Convert qualified leads into paid engagements through value-based selling
  • Maintain high service standards and follow through post-sign-up
  • Keep CRM records accurate and updated for all client interactions
  • Collaborate with processing team to ensure seamless onboarding experience
  • Meet monthly sales and conversion KPIs
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in consulting, education, finance, or real estate preferred
  • Prior experience in immigration consultancy is a plus
  • Confident, articulate, and client-focused communicator
  • Goal-oriented with strong closing skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Singaporeans or PRs only
