Immigration Consultant (Sales-Focused)

We’re looking for a
Sales-Focused Immigration Consultant
to join our dynamic team. In this consultative role, you’ll guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives — applying for Permanent Residency (PR) or Citizenship — while helping them navigate the process with confidence and clarity.

What You'll Do:
Conduct consultations
with qualified, inbound leads — no cold calling
Evaluate eligibility
and recommend tailored immigration strategies
Convert leads into paid clients
through value-driven, consultative selling
Build long-term relationships
with clients by providing honest, high-quality service
Ensure smooth onboarding
by collaborating with the processing team
Track performance
and maintain accurate CRM records
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs
for sales and conversions
What We're Looking For:
1–3 years of sales experience in consulting, education, finance, or banking preferred
Prior experience in immigration consultancy is a bonus
Confident, articulate, and a great listener — someone who builds trust easily
Results-driven with strong closing skills and a passion for people
Proactive, self-motivated, and a reliable team player
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Open to
Singapore Citizens and PRs only
