Treasury Strategy Senior Associate Singapore

We are seeking a proactive and analytically minded Treasury Strategy Senior Associate to support the day-to-day liquidity oversight and capital management of our stablecoin reserves. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will play a key role in shaping liquidity strategy, capital allocation and deployment and policy development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy, and digital assets, and enjoys turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain financial models to monitor liquidity positions, forecast cash needs, and run stress scenarios across products
Analyze liquidity flows, funding needs and capital requirements to guide strategic allocation and deployment decisions
Contribute to asset-liability management (ALM) frameworks to monitor reserve adequacy, funding ladders and liquidity risk exposure
Collaborate with FP&A and business teams to evaluate the liquidity and capital implications of new business initiatives and growth strategies
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance visibility, control, and responsiveness
Prepare regular liquidity and reserve management reports for internal stakeholders and decision-makers
Support the drafting and maintenance of key treasury policies, including investment guidelines, reserve frameworks, FX strategy, and counterparty limits
Assist in the design and upkeep of approval workflows, escalation paths, and governance frameworks related to treasury operations
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution
3–5 years of experience in treasury, liquidity management, FP&A, or risk management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
Familiarity with FX markets, capital planning, and liquidity modeling
Experience in digital assets, stablecoins, or payments is a strong plus
Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous
