Treasury Manager Consultant Job

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager Consultant to join our team.

This is a six-month contract role covering the period of September 2025 until March 2026, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position for top performers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial risks and interest income-related processes. They will also support the business in introducing new products and entering new markets. This includes analyzing interest income results, executing month-end processes around interest income accrual bookings, and assessing opportunities for short-term and long-term interest optimizations.

Additionally, the Treasury Manager Consultant will identify, develop, and implement risk management strategies to mitigate counterparty risk, liquidity risk, FX risk, and other financial risks. They will also provide insights and recommendations on interest income and other treasury-related matters, collaborating with departments such as FP&A and Controllership to align on interest income budgets and forecasts.

They will also drive continuous improvement initiatives within the treasury function, identifying areas for process improvement and introducing best practices through policy creation and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in treasury, with relevant competencies in FX, Cash Management, and Financial Risk Management.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in FinTech or Technology, is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills, data literacy, and the ability to create and manage financial models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior management and stakeholders.
