Job Overview

This is a critical role for an experienced professional to advise clients on treasury, working capital management, and payments. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate treasury and working capital management across the Greater China and North Asia region.


The Senior Advisor will engage finance and treasury executives at multinational corporations, State Owned Enterprises, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, and eCommerce clients to provide strategic advice on treasury, liquidity, payments, working capital, financing, FX, and technology strategies in support of their business growth.


The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, ability to influence and align peers and partners in order to execute across a large, global, matrix organization.


A commercial mindset is essential to help determine how to grow the business as a trusted advisor to clients. A strategic mindset is also necessary to contribute to shaping the future direction of solution innovations in treasury and working capital management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client advisory engagements encompassing treasury, working capital management, and payments.
  • Ability to articulate the life cycle and evolution of treasury structures and treasury technology.
  • Have depth of understanding of supply chain shifts, procurement strategies, and digital transformation across industries.
  • Create and deliver thought leadership articles and presentations based on client engagements and industry experience.
  • Advise companies in assessing and addressing treasury challenges of operating in highly regulated emerging markets.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • 15+ years of experience in corporate treasury.
  • Deep knowledge of treasury and working capital management across the Greater China and North Asia region.
  • Bachelor's/University degree; master's degree or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CA/CPA) is a plus.

Language Requirements

Candidates must have native/excellent proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Additional proficiency in Korean or Japanese is advantageous.
