Treasury Strategy Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury expert to lead a strategic management consulting engagement.

The successful candidate will assess the existing Treasury structure and governance, enhance cash and liquidity management processes, review funding management and operational efficiency, evaluate Treasury technology platforms and tools, benchmark against industry best practices, strengthen risk management and compliance frameworks, and develop reporting structures and performance metrics.

  • This role requires minimum 10 years' experience in Treasury, with exposure to consulting and/or senior in-house roles.

  • Expertise in liquidity management , funding , and Treasury systems is essential.

  • Prior experience working with institutional clients (e.g., pension funds, asset managers, insurers) is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical , presentation , and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
