Drive Treasury Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned treasury banking leader to spearhead strategic initiatives and steer cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project objectives, identify business requirements, and develop solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead complex projects ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal teams to gather and document functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in treasury banking operations, including deposit, FX, remittance, and treasury management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in banking project/operation management, with a focus on settlement, cash management, and cash flow optimization.
