We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Java developer with strong expertise in multithreading and concurrent programming.

This role is critical in building scalable, low-latency systems for mission-critical applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications that require intensive multithreaded processing.

Key responsibilities include design, implementation, and maintenance of robust Java-based applications with a focus on multithreaded architecture.

Additionally, you will develop and optimize concurrent algorithms and threading models to improve performance and scalability.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management is essential to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications include a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Java software development is required.

Experience with JSF, Hibernate, Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks is also necessary.

Strong proficiency in Java multithreading, concurrency models (synchronized, locks, executors, etc.), and thread-safe design is essential.

Other requirements include excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
