Senior System Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Java Software Engineer with strong expertise in multithreading and concurrent programming. This role is critical in building scalable, low-latency systems for mission-critical applications.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications that require intensive multithreaded processing.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java multithreading, concurrency models, and thread-safe design, as well as experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, or distributed systems.
They will also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
In addition, they will participate in code reviews and technical design discussions, and contribute to the development of robust Java-based applications with a focus on multithreaded architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Java multithreading, concurrency models (synchronized, locks, executors, etc.), and thread-safe design.
- Experience with JSF, Hibernate, Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, or distributed systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
