Job Description We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HRBP to join Gooseott.com. This role will provide leadership, direction and hands-on expertise across the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture while ensuring seamless HR operations in alignment with company objectives. You will be responsible for driving critical HR processes such as learning and development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, and engagement initiatives that support a high-performing team. Collaborating with senior leaders across the organization, you will lead efforts in performance management, employee engagement, rewards, and workforce planning. Additionally, you will coach and advise people managers on a wide range of employee relations issues, often across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with local regulation. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Development: Design and execute effective strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles. Drive employee learning and development initiatives to align with career growth and organizational goals. Payroll and Compliance Management: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. Manage payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies, local labor laws and tax regulations. Monitor changes in labor and tax legislation, implementing updates as needed. Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture. Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with workplace policies and ethical standards. Performance Management & Development: Implement performance evaluation systems that align with company goals and encourage continuous development. Support managers with performance reviews, feedback, and goal-setting processes. Identify employee development needs and coordinate training programs. Support succession planning and career development initiatives for high-potential employees. HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, review, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks to ensure alignment with best practices. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Compensation & Benefits Management: Benchmark compensation structures to remain competitive in the market. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and allowances. Continuously evaluate and refine total rewards strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Office Operations Management: Manage and coordinate all aspects of office operations, including administrative tasks, office layout, and maintenance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or above with 10+ years of HR full function experience. HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Strong people management and business partnering skills with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in daily HR operations. Fluent in both English & Mandarin. Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-oriented, open-minded, enthusiastic and energetic. Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year. Experience in startups is a plus.
