Senior Manager, Product Marketing DayOne is a global leader in the development and operation of high‑performance data centers. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to shape how DayOne’s data center solutions, engineering capabilities, and sustainability‑driven innovations are positioned in the market. You will set frameworks, narratives, and content systems that support sales, influence customer perception, and differentiate DayOne in a competitive global landscape. Role Summary Define market positioning, customer value propositions, and solution messaging Translate complex engineering, energy, and sustainability capabilities into compelling commercial narratives Develop GTM strategies, lead sales enablement and competitive intelligence Drive strategic content for website, digital channels, and thought leadership Maintain accuracy and consistency of all solution‑level information globally Act as the cross‑functional bridge between Tech, Sustainability, BD, Brand, and Comms Responsibilities Product & Solution Positioning: Define positioning across key customer segments, develop solution‑level and campus‑level messaging, create scalable messaging architectures. Technical‑to‑Commercial Narrative Building: Partner with Engineering, Sustainability, and Operations to translate complex concepts into clear, business‑aligned messaging; develop briefs, guides, concept papers. Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Strategy: Support launches of new campuses and markets with plans, positioning strategy, messaging kits. Sales & BD Enablement: Develop high‑quality collateral: pitch narratives, solution briefs, battlecards, comparison matrices, customer one‑pagers; standardize storytelling. Website & Digital Messaging: Own product/solution messaging on the website; lead SEO content strategy. Thought Leadership & Long‑Form Content: Develop authoritative content on digital infrastructure trends, sustainability, energy transition, interconnectivity, DC design, regulatory shifts. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, regulatory shifts, sustainability claims; produce concise insight summaries. Qualifications 8–12 years in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or Technical Marketing in data centers, cloud/hyperscale, telecom, infrastructure/energy/engineering, or B2B technology with complex offerings Strong ability to translate engineering and technical content into commercial value Proven experience defining solution positioning, messaging frameworks, and GTM strategies Strong writer with excellent structured thinking and narrative design Experience supporting BD and customer‑facing teams Familiar with SEO strategy and website messaging for B2B solutions Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills Experience supporting executive‑level GTM or technical storytelling DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
