You will be responsible for compiling analysis and preparing deliverables to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases of a project. You will demonstrate capabilities with moderate to high levels of supervision, depending on the complexity and scope of the project. Your key responsibilities will include undertaking LTA (Lenders Technical Advisor), Environmental & Social Due Diligence, ESIA, supporting Environmental and Permitting Review in Technical Due Diligence (TDD), and engaging in Operations / Construction Monitoring activities and reporting engagements. Additionally, you will be supporting sustainability and decarbonization related project activities and guiding and mentoring more junior colleagues while sharing specialist knowledge with the broader Global Advisory team. You will also support proposal development activities under the supervision of project and proposal management professionals.In terms of consulting capability, you will deliver or contribute to the development of work products throughout at least one phase of an engagement. You will co-facilitate group discussions with team members or client representatives, use recognized methods to deliver work products, and contribute to risk and issue identification and synthesis of solutions. You will also demonstrate a broad knowledge of an industry or market, including trends, the current state of the art, and driving factors. You will collect and analyze information specific to the industry to recommend alternatives and proactively develop additional knowledge applicable to your area of expertise. Furthermore, you will manage personal accountabilities during at least one phase in an overall engagement and have the ability to lead simple deliverables related to your core competency.As an individual contributor, you must possess a Master's in Environmental Sciences and preferably have secondary qualifications in a related field such as a PG Diploma in Social Science/Sociology or Environmental Law. You should have 4-7 years of experience in environmental & permitting roles for power and oil & gas sectors. Excellent English speaking and report writing skills, the ability to work with multi-cultural teams across different time zones and in a virtual setting, good communication skills, personal presence for client interactions, willingness to travel, and the ability to multitask to meet tight timelines while working independently with minimal supervision are also essential.Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree plus 2-4 years of experience or a Master's degree with 2-4+ years of experience in a business/consulting environment. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include criminal/civil background checks, drug screens, motor vehicle records searches, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Certifications related to your area of expertise, where applicable, are preferred. You should be action-oriented, customer-focused, and possess interpersonal savvy. This position falls under the CST: Consulting salary plan with a job grade of 002.,
