Job Responsibilities:
Support complex transformation project spanning the entire lifecycle - from strategy formulation through to execution.
Lead and drive the project management office activities to manage and coordinate the various strategic & transformation projects undertaken by Group Compliance.
Preparation of project plans, scope of work, stakeholder management and communication plans.
Liaise with stakeholders across the Bank to manage interdependencies between projects and regions.
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that projects are progressing in accordance with agreed milestones.
Draw linkages between projects and demonstrate design thinking in proposing efficiency and effectiveness recommendations across projects.
Highlight gaps and provide objective recommendations to troubleshoot project misalignments, remove redundancies and overlaps.
Synthesize aggregated data, progress, issues and findings on multiple projects into bite-sized/thematic content.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder (with major in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Law, or equivalent qualification preferred).
Experience in banking project management, knowledge of anti-financial crime compliance valued.
Strong knowledge of compliance organizational drivers and activities.
Ability to work under pressure and changing stakeholder expectations.
Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools. Have demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex project and large delivery teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and produce high quality presentation materials.
Inquisitive mind with an ability to think “outside the box”.
